TEK is the most flexible Dispenser for any dosing need, both for shops/distribution points and forfactory in-can production. This result is due to an advanced modular system up to 32 circuits, taking in count the possible different production and stock quantities.

He TEK modular system allows the maximum flexibility and extensibility of configurations. The “compact version” is able to manage up to 27 circuits located in the dosing head, since reaching the maximum expansion with the 32 circuits, including external pumps for the “in-cans” version. This flexibility allow to meet the production requirements of a wide range of shop/warehouses present in the paints market. The three different types of dosing simultaneous, gravimetric and combinated, enable further possibility to size the adapt the use of the dispenser to all different types of customers and relevant type of working environments.
Very easy software functions allow to manage the calibration fully automatically with a simple click (a complete circuit calibration takes less than 2 minutes).
TEK provides maximum flexibility in the possible pumps flow rate selection, as well as combination of two pumps dosing from the same canister.
Thanks to the ability to operate two pumps connected to the same canister, is possible to reach a flow rate of 1 lit / min. Available on 9 liters and 17 liters canisters only.
TEK operates with volumetric gears pumps made with special steel to ensure maximum precision and duration. Equipped with a patented system that allows, in case of wear of the seal, to restore the sealing simply tightening three screws. In this way it is possible to extend the life of the pump without incurring the cost of replacement.
Made with materials suitable both for solvent and waterborne products, the 3-ways electrovalves allow the high accuracy dosing control and the necessary recirculation system.

As all dispensers TECMEC, TEK is also designed to minimize the service cost: gear pumps with adjustable sealing system, maximum attention in reducing the number components especially the ones subject to wear.
A really user friendly driver software allows all the controls, calibration, functioning and canister level checks. The software, through the common communication protocols, allows easy connection with most of the database software on the market.
